The Dilmanc project of the Ministry of Communications and High Technologies launched a new version of the "Dilmanc Imla" system, which converts speech into text. "Dilmanc Imla" is a program that automatically converts oral speech into writing in the Azerbaijani language.
Unlike the previous version, the new version of the program is of better quality, and in this version it is possible to use a smartphone-type mobile phone as a microphone. The procedure for using the program is very simple: After downloading the Dilmanc Imla program to both the computer and the phone, the connection code offered by the program written on the computer is entered into the phone and a connection is established between the computer and the phone via the Internet. The phone can then be used as a microphone. It can be started by placing the cursor in any window on the computer designed for writing text (for example, Microsoft Word or any word processor window). The dictation spoken to the phone is automatically converted into text and written to the computer. Like other programs created by Dilmanc, this program is freely distributed and can be downloaded from the project's website ( http://dilmanc.az/dilmanc-imla ).
The Dilmanc project is supported by the Ministry of Communications and High Technologies of the Republic of Azerbaijan, academician Ali Abbasov is the scientific head of the project.
